Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, except in the case of products which are handcrafted in which there may be slight and unique differences between the photographed product and the one you receive.   We do our best to make sure that the products are presented as accurately as possible in the photos on our website, but please remember that minor variations may be caused by certain conditions, such as computer browsers may also present colours slightly differently, lighting, etc.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Saturday. Our specified delivery times are an estimate only; actual shipping times once your order has been dispatched may vary.

We will always endeavour to send them to you as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days of confirmation. While delivery outside of Lagos usually with 3-5 business days. Please note that if you order during a sale or a public holiday period, dispatch can sometimes be delayed due to high volumes.

Our shipping partner provides a consistent tracking experience from the moment an order is placed up until it’s delivered.

Stated delivery times are industry averages provided by the couriers. Delays out of our control may occur due to high volumes, extreme weather or local travel conditions.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can access your Transaction History from the upper right menu in your account by clicking your name, then Transaction History.

From this page, you can see all orders placed and the priced paid for them.

If you need to print an individual receipt, click on any order number in your Transaction History, then click Print Receipt at the top of the order page. You can save the page that opens as a PDF.

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Not all the out of stock items will be restocked in the future. But we often update the product availability information on store. Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible once available. If you request so on the item’s page, we will send you an email or contact you when it is available, in the colour and size you specify.If it is not possible to restock the item, we will remove it from the website.

Do I have to pay anything to return my products?

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, you are responsible for shipping the item back at your expense. If the purchased item is defective or has been sent incorrectly we will organise a return pickup at our expense. We will send the replacement to you at no charge.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

You can reset your password from the login page. Simply click on the ‘Lost your password‘ link and enter the email you used to set up your account. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the request email.
